Some of you may have received e-mail stating that your Paypal Subscription with Tragic Servers has been cancelled. This is not an error. A few days ago we sent out an e-mail informing you that the company has a new owner. This is simply part of the process of switching you on over to the new payment system.
What to do now?
You will need to sign up for a new recurring subscription, which is very easy to do, and we will show you how.
Please visit the following url https://www.tragicservers.com/paypalbilling.php and simply log into your paypal account and sign up for a subscription. Once you perform that step, you will be signed up just like before.
What if I had a Credit Card on file?
We will be adding stripe as our credit card processing method in the next few days, as we are still in a transition period. Please be patient as we bring this online and make it available so that we can process your cards. Similar to the Paypal Authorization, you will need to enter your information again.
