官方最新回应结果表示 jsDelivr 的北岸被取消了，因此网宿 CDN 禁用了 jsDelivr。

Unfortunately today jsDelivr unexpectedly lost its ICP license in China. As effect the regional CDN disabled our account.

This resulted in the extended outage we had in mainland China and Taiwan.

官方最新回应表示网宿 CDN 在没有通知的情况下直接禁用了 jsdelivr 服务，具体原因不清楚。
暂时解决方案是切换到 Fastly CDN，因此会慢慢恢复正常，不过在具体原因明朗之前，我还是先不换回 jsdelivr 了。。。

英文原话：

Just to be clear, the issue happened specifically with our Chinese CDN where we have no failover due to how ICP licensing works. The jsDelivr CDN is operating normally globally.

The issue came from our CDN provider who disabled our services without notice, we're trying to understand why.

In the meantime as I said jsDelivr should start working in China as well, just slowly because the new CDN is not located in mainland
