It is with great pleasure that we're announcing that on July 25th our move to coresite will be completed.

At 11:00 PM PST, July 25th, we will be powering down all equipment and physically moving it to
the new coresite facility. The whole move should take no longer than two hours, with the target
time being about one hour.

While we're sad to be leaving the HE facilities, the benefits are worth it:

- A far better power infrastructure. Coresite operates 11 locations and has had a total of < 5 minutes
downtime, total, between all locations since they started operating.

- A better network consisting of Nlayer, Bandcon (Level3/GBLX and a few others) & HE. Our latency and
network performance should increase to many locations and help address the high latency spikes
that occurred to our China based customers while on pure HE.

- Room to grow. HE racks have a limit of just 15 AMP's per rack wh! ich is quite limiting with VPS nodes.
Coresite allows us to get 40 AMP's per rack, allowing us to better utilize our rack space.
