openvz不推荐安装SoftEther server , 无论是网桥还是虚拟NAT都很不稳定，而且经常会因cpu满载而宕机
只要该商家的openvz是支持ipsec的，那就可以安装L2TP/IPSEC PSK ，buyvm hostus kvmla 等都是支持的，还有一些商家需要发tk要求enable ipsec
