各位大佬,有空帮帮小弟吗?

小弟买了个服务器,我让客服给我KVM的后台地址,他..既然不给我,一直让我提交ISO??

我不太懂这个...纯新手,第一次买服务器..而且服务器已经上架了,但是我这里还没有 root 的密码....

这个是客服让提供ISO才给我KVM的后台地址吗?

有安装..但是好像没反应...我按了安装Ubuntu..然后一个晚上到现在还是..没系统
