关于84vps Account Payment Issue 问题

我有个512M的VPS没有要了。就没有续费了。我又新购买了1G内存的VPS，可是等了好久都没有收到新VPS开通的邮件提醒。后来在帐号里面看到了一封  Account Payment Issue 的邮件。

请问怎么取消不要的VPS？这样的问题怎么处理？

之前的VPS没取消。你要付了之前的账单才能开通新的

谢谢你的回答！我还想请问一下。怎么取消VPS。现在我把之前账单付了。然后差不到到期了是不是发TK给客服。、叫他们取消不想要的VPS？

Request Cancellation，然后选择End of Billing Proied，即到期关闭，当然也可以immediate，即立即取消。

我把之前的账单支付了。为什么到现在还不给开通新买的VPS呢？
